The Berwick Youth Football League consists of six teams.  There are four teams that are broken down into two age categories:

"A" Division - 11-13 years old

"B" Division - 9-10 years old

There are two teams that are broken down into one age category:

Pony Division - 7-8 years old

All six teams also include a cheerleading squad that consist of girls between the ages of 7-13.
